Users who use the Services offered by Audio Video Component declare that they know and accept these general terms and conditions of contract.

Audiovideoc.it is the official website of Audio Video Component. Through the site, Users can search for information on the brands handled and purchase products online.
Users are responsible for their own content and that of third parties that they share on audiovideoc.it, by uploading it, inserting content, or through any other method. Users indemnify the Owner from any liability in connection with the unlawful dissemination of third-party content or the use of audiovideoc.it in a manner contrary to the law.
The Owner does not perform any moderation of the content published by the User or third parties, but undertakes to intervene in response to reports from Users or orders issued by public authorities regarding content deemed offensive or illegal.
The only rights granted to the Owner regarding the content provided by Users are those necessary for the operation and maintenance of audiovideoc.it.
The Owner does not perform any prior moderation on third-party content or links displayed on audiovideoc.it. The Owner is not responsible for such content or its accessibility.
In order to use the Service or part of it, Users must register by providing, truthfully and completely, all the data requested in the relative registration form and fully accept the privacy policy and these general terms and conditions. The User is responsible for keeping their access credentials secure and confidential.
Each order sent constitutes an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to availability and the discretionary acceptance of the Owner.
The User must select the products and proceed to check-out, after carefully verifying and, if necessary, modifying the information contained in the order summary. The order is placed by confirming it and is subject to the payment of the price, taxes, and shipping and payment costs indicated in the order summary form.
The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded upon sending the Order Confirmation by the Owner to the email address provided by the User. The Owner reserves the right not to confirm an order, notifying the User within 15 days of purchase, at the email address associated with their purchase, of the eventual unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. In this case, the Owner will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the User.
For Italy, invoice requests must be made at the time of the order. In the absence of specific indication, a receipt will be issued and it will not be possible to request an invoice later.
Prices, descriptions, or availability of the products displayed are subject to change without notice. Photos inserted are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the products.
The Order is executed within the terms specified in the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to the availability of the ordered product.
The Owner cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the User due to delays in delivery that are not dependent on circumstances foreseeable by the parties at the time the Order Confirmation was sent.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours to the address indicated by the User and according to the methods specified in the order summary.
Check the goods and packaging upon delivery. Report any issues on the transport document and sign with reservation.

In case of failure to collect within the deadline established by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost. The Owner cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the purchase order completed by the User, for damage to the Products after delivery to the carrier (where the latter was chosen and appointed by the User), or for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
10.1 Payment for the Products can be made by credit card, PayPal payment solution, or bank transfer. If one of these payment methods/solutions cannot be used for a specific Product, this will be clearly indicated on the Site, at the latest at the start of the purchase procedure.
10.2 For invoice issuance, the information provided by the user will be authentic. The user declares and warrants that this information is true, undertaking to hold Audio Video Component harmless and indemnified from any damage, including penalties issued by competent authorities, that may derive to it in the event of untruthfulness.
10.3 In case of payment by bank transfer, once the order is concluded, the user must proceed with the payment to the bank account held by Audio Video Component. The user can request the IBAN details by contacting
In the case of payment by bank transfer, delivery times will run from the date of receipt of the transfer by Audio Video Component and not from the date of order transmission.
11.1 Registered Users who have purchased Products through the Site have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Audio Video Component, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise specified. The return must be exercised following the procedure indicated on the Site. Once the return authorization email has been received, the Registered User must return the purchased Products to Audio Video Component—via direct delivery or shipping using a carrier of their choice and at their own expense—within 10 (ten) working days from the date of authorization. Products must have the original label attached, be properly packaged with protective film to preserve the original packaging, and be accompanied by any accessories in perfect functional and aesthetic condition. 11.2 Pursuant to Art. 67, paragraph II of the Consumer Code, substantial integrity of the Product to be returned is a necessary condition for exercising the right of return. Products must not have been damaged and/or altered and must have the original label attached.
11.3 For exercising the right of return, it is not required that the goods to be returned be insured against theft and accidental damage during transport. However, since the risk inherent in the return of goods rests with the buyer, Audio Video Component invites buyers intending to exercise the right of return to insure the shipment, at their own expense, for the value indicated in the purchase order confirmation email.
11.4 In accordance with Art. 67, paragraph IV of the Consumer Code, only after the return of the Product and after verifying compliance with points 1, 2, and 3 above, Audio Video Component will proceed, within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, to refund the amounts paid by the Registered User for the Product, minus the initial shipping fee, as indicated in the order confirmation email. The refund amount, on which no interest will accrue, will be communicated via email and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase or via bank transfer. The Registered User retains the right to take advantage of current commercial offers.
11.5 Pursuant to Art. 55, paragraph II, letter d) of the Consumer Code, the right of return is excluded if the sale involves custom-made, consumable, or personalized Products, or products that by their nature cannot be reshipped.
Consumer Users are entitled to a guarantee on the conformity of purchased products and services. The warranty lasts for 24 months starting from the delivery of the goods, and the lack of conformity must be communicated to the Owner within 7 days of receiving the product.
To exercise warranty rights, the User must send an email to the Owner mandatorily indicating the order number and an accurate description of the defect (attaching photographic material is recommended).
All elements are essential and will be verified by the Owner before responding to the User.
If the lack of conformity of the product is confirmed, the User has the right to obtain, upon returning the defective product to the Owner, its repair or replacement. To exercise the warranty right and for further information, the User is required to contact the Owner.
13.1 Audio Video Component reserves the right to modify the sales procedures for Products on the Site and/or to cease the sale of Products on the Site.
13.2 Audio Video Component cannot in any way be held responsible to Registered Users or third parties for such modifications and/or should the sale of Products on the Site cease.
14.1 For products aged between two and twenty years, warranty conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the user before the conclusion of the purchase contract.
14.2 Products over twenty years old are sold without warranty and can only be purchased with pick-up at the Audio Video Component premises, where the User will be able to test and inspect them. Once purchased, all warranties are waived.
15.1 These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
15.2 In the event of disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these General Conditions, Registered Users have the right to protect their interests through a consumer association under Art. 140 of the Consumer Code, or initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure pursuant to Art. 141 of the Consumer Code. Registered Users retain the right to resort to ordinary legal proceedings for the resolution of disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these General Conditions; in this case, mandatory territorial jurisdiction shall belong to the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Registered User.
